Returns Policy

At Oskarblack.com we want every customer to feel comfortable shopping with us and so we offer a ‘no quibbles guarantee’, so if your not happy with an item you have purchased you can return it.

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days to return it, or if you simply have changed your mind about a purchase you must return it to Oskar Black Ltd unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

In this event, please contact us first via email at returns@Oskarblack.com or telephone 0207 272 8377 with your order number and the item you wish to return.  If the item is faulty please state how the item is faulty, we will then issue a returns number, which you may wish to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible. 

Faulty Goods
We will ask you to return it yourself and we will reimburse the cost of the return (Please note that by reimburse we mean an amount equitable to the amount we would pay to send the item out. If you are excessive with the manner in which you send back the product and we feel that you have spent too much money then we shall refund you the lesser amount).

Unwanted item
We will ask you to return it yourself, please note however, that delivery charges for unwanted items will not be refunded nor will Oskar Black Ltd pay delivery costs for the return of unwanted items. It is only when we receive the product(s) in their original state and packaging that Oskarblack Ltd will refund the necessary purchase price. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please note: If a returned non-faulty product does not arrive at Oskarblack Ltd in a resalable condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you and you will have to incur these subsequent delivery costs.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us at our Head Office. For your own protection, we suggest that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded).  Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.  Please note, we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.
