Order Information
How do I make an order?
To make an order all you do is find a product you like and click the add to basket button, when you have finished simply go to checkout and fill out your details.
Once you have filled out your details and placed your order, you will receive an order number and notification of your order via email.
How can I pay for my items?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express. You can also pay by cheque, simply download an order form and send it with your cheque made payable to 'Oskar Black Ltd', to Oskar Black Ltd, 32 Heathville Road, London, N19 3AJ.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been dispatched, you can cancel your order. Contact a member of our Customer Services team at customerservice@oskarblack.com or call us on 0207 272 8377 and they will inform you on how to do this. If the order has been despatched then you will have to wait until the order arrives and then send it back to us at your expense.
Do I need to be registered with you to place an order?
No, you can place an order at Oskarblack.com if you are not a registered user, however, the benefit of being a registered user is that you can save your contact details and therefore make orders quicker.
I've got an account but can't remember my password/my password is not recognised, what do I do?
We don't store your password anywhere on our system, so if you've forgotten it, go to the My Account log-in page and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. You will automatically be sent a new random password, which you can change as soon as you want to. Otherwise, email us at customerservice@oskarblack.com.
How do I use a promotional voucher code?
If you have a promotional code, simply enter it into the box on the Shopping Cart entitled “Promotional Code” and click “add”. Please note that only one offer code or promotional voucher can be used per order and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

Delivery Information
When will my order be delivered?
Every product on Oskarblack.com will be dispatched the same day and should take between 2-5 days to be delivered.
What if some of the items ordered are not in stock, when will my parcel be sent?
Parcels are only sent out once all the items are in stock. If you do require the items which are in stock then you will need to pay for an extra delivery charge. You can do this by emailing customer support authorising us to do so or by calling us on 0207 272 8377.
What if my order hasn’t arrived or if I have received the wrong items?
If your order does not arrive or you have received the wrong items then please feel free to email us at customerservice@oskarblack.com or contact a member of our Customer Services team on 0207 272 8377 and we shall be glad to assist.
What is your delivery cost?
For UK mainland delivery, the charge is £3.95 for all orders under £100. Every order with a value over £100 is eligible for free delivery. There are exceptions to this. For further details please check our delivery page.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If the item will fit through your letterbox then there shouldn’t be a problem. However if the order is too big for your letterbox or needs to be signed for then somebody must be in to sign for your item. Otherwise, if there is nobody in to sign for the parcel the courier will take the parcel back to your local depot and a card will be left with the depot details and the consignment number. You will then be asked us to call the depot and organise a re-delivery or you can collect the parcel in person.
Do you offer Worldwide Delivery?
Not yet, although we plan to be able to deliver into Europe and the United States in the near future.
Are there any places where delivery might take longer?
Delivery sometimes takes a little longer to UK Islands etc, for further information please check out our delivery page.

What are your Customer Services opening hours?
Our Customer Services Department is open between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You can, however, email our Customer Services Department at any time of the day on customerservice@oskarblack.com and we’ll answer your query as soon as possible.

Is shopping safe with Oskarblack.com online?
Yes, we use a number of security measures such as 256 bit SSL encryption and we don’t store any of your credit card details.
Do I have to order online?
Yes. Although in the future we will be introducing a facility to enable customers to order offline via post.
Why is the site not displaying properly?
This could be for a number of reasons, it may be that you have a problem or it could be that there may be a problem with the website itself.
